Intrepid Hospice took care of my grandma and my family had a wonderful experience. They allowed her to pass away comfortably at home. We could have never honored my grandmas wish to pass away at home without Intrepid’s help.
My beloved father died a horrible death because of their staff, our family will forever be traumatized by witnessing the way he died. Use anyone but these people !
Once again waiting for prescription until he nearly runs completely out. Happens every time, not just controlled substances. Maybe if you have insurance they actually care, but charity cases get put through all sorts of waiting till last minute. I wish I could find any other hospice for my brother.I guess all those donations don't actually go toward treating people like people regardless of status.
I am proud to be an employee at Intrepid Hospice. I also have referred my own friends and family to Intrepid and have had wonderful experiences. Under our Administrator Angie’s guidance, she has created a culture that is positive and feels like we are a family! That caring attitude is without a doubt felt with our patient care. If you know someone that wants to learn about hospice, I would definitely trust Intrepid.
Our experience with Intrepid Indianapolis has been wonderful. Its been well over a year with Intrepid providing care when my loved one was in a nursing home / skilled care and now in our home. They provide great communication and guidance for family bedside caregivers. I Any time I've had to call after hours, maybe just for a question, I get a quick reply. Running out of supplies or medications is never a concern.
