One of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve ever had. They told me they were available for walk in and then 10 mins later when I arrive they said they’re fully booked out. They don’t take out of province health cards when every other location does. I would not recommend wasting your time here
I booked appointment for 11:50am and has been sitting here for more than 40mins to see the doctor (still haven't been able to see the doctor. unsure how much longer I have to wait.) what is the point to book the appointment and let people waiting for way much longer than needed? why can't the clinic arrange the appointment time more accordingly to doctor's capacity?
