The staff is terrific! They are warm, compassionate and professional. As nervous as I was, they calmed my fears. Everything was explained to me as it occurred and my questions were answered. The facility is very nice and exceptionally clean. I highly recommend Intracoastal Surgery Center and wouldn't hesitate to return for any further procedures.
Dr. Palsis from “Beyond the Scope” orthopedics, performed surgery on my right knee a few days ago. Intercoastal surgery center was extremely efficient, thorough and most of all clean, professional & friendly. I was very impressed by their communication & also professionalism. Christina my nurse was very kind, and skilled at Nursing. Thank you to everyone here, hopefully I won’t need surgery again, but if so, I know where to go.
Amazing experience, Dr William , Dr A Zabinski all the staff . Special shout out to the ladies and gentlemen that took care of me , Meghan, amanda, Sabrina, mitch and Jennifer and anyone one else in the room I didn't see lol. The most professional and caring staff in the county.
Everything was great with the procedure but I was told I would owe $500 and paid them a month later got a bill for $1300. Called and they said sorry about your luck that was just an estimate. Wouldn’t have done it had I known until next year. Very scratchy practice!! Be prepared to pay $$$
I was incredibly nervous for my first surgery (so much so that I was in tears when they rolled me into the OR), but every single person I encountered made me feel at ease. The receptionist greeted me with kindness and a smile, even at 6:30 in the morning. The nurses held my hand when I was scared and patiently answered all of my questions. The surgeon took the time to reassure me before the procedure, and the anesthesiologist quickly administered an IV med to calm my fears.
