Got a faulty device had to get towed back to the place that installed it. They wouldn’t pay for the tow. Had to call out from work. While I waited for the tow truck. Left me stranded at the coffee shop. Just wanted some coffee before I went to work. The guy on the phone tried to speak English and kept saying it was the battery. Then saying take the key out and put it back in. Kept telling him it was a push button start. He didn’t understand at all. So good job on wasting my day. Lost money on my paycheck. I've been there twice. The was no technician there either time. And they was really rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there
