Updating my previous review. Originally was 1 star, however Patricia who is works in the Customer Advocacy department has truly helped in more ways then working directly with the customer support team at Intoxalock. She deserves 5 starts for her client support.
I would never go with this company. They will charge you for everything, there customer service team fights with you, if you are in vehicle maintenance mode you WILL still get a lock out and have to pay the service center to unlock the device. This place is a SCAM.
Great customer service!!!! Time efficient!!!!
I had them for 2 1/2 years. Wonderful customer service with every and any issue I had! The only thing that I did not like was when I was all done I had to pay a "closing" cost of $68. It could be my bad and did not read the lease from top to bottom but what! A closing cost! Would recommend to anyone that needs this!
