So far my experience with this company was up and down. Now something messed up with my car’s electronics battery, starter, etc. Took $225 to get it towed to the service center where it took another $185 to get a diagnosis that it was the Intoxalock device causing the problems. Passed my 90 day clean report and have just needed this company to submit an email to the authorities which should have been sent in over a week ago, but to no avail. Intoxalock is terrible to work with. And if you requested a reimbursement for issues that were not your fault they never sent the paperwork
Intoxalock is horrible. They didn’t even set a date with the installers. My advice is to contact the installers to verify what intoxalock tells you. The installers at good vibrations were awesome and fast in a very hard install. Then a lady I assume upper management took time to reach out to me and I don’t have to pay anything until February 2026. Not so bad after all. The service center was amazing and perfect. Intoxalock itself, however, does everything possible to confuse consumers (starting with being hard to reach a live person) to increase revenue with more fines and delays. I was blatantly lied to by customer service reps on 3 occasions. Choose ANY other ignition interlock company, I beg you!
