I give this company 3.5 stars. Communication within the company and with the company is severely lacking. One rep tells you one thing, then another tells you another thing. Each one is conflicting. Very frustrating! I am not sure they even know what they are doing. Luckily I now get to deal with one person who is very knowledgeable, Isaid Martinez. Quick in and out, good customer service as well..
Pain in the @ss. Double charged me for install. Appointment times got flipped around. Was told one time, got email for another. Boooooo intoxalock!
Intoxalock’s communication with the company that installs their system is not good. Intoxalock needs to do better.
Stay away from any and every intoxalock company. Biggest scam out there.
