Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I started off speaking with Kristina, who is an Idaho specialist for their systems. She was great to speak with. However as soon as “the system was installed” all I could speak to was call centers with individuals whose first language was clearly not English. So far my experience with this company was up and down. Now something messed up with my car’s electronics battery, starter, etc. Took $225 to get it towed to the service center where it took another $185 to get a diagnosis that it was the Intoxalock device causing the problems. Passed my 90 day clean report and have just needed this company to submit an email to the authorities which should have been sent in over a week ago, but to no avail.
