Bad customer service I would cancel if I didn’t need the device

DO NOT INSTALL!! Customer service is horrible, they forgot to ship certificate for dmv so I had device installed for no reason and still got charged for it. DO NOT INSTALL THIS DVICE !! Do not do business with them. There is a bunch of hidden fees. they use you credit card info and add stuff to your lease without your consent. Their devices are refurbished so they are bound to have issues. I already got locked out for no reason. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Don’t let the “good reviews” fool you.
