Hugo and Specialty Automotive in North Haven did a wonderful job installing and explaining the Intoxalock device .
I was originally using another place and one day they were closed so I stopped at Automotive Specialty in North Haven. I was taken care of by Hugo. He was fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions and concerns I had. The first place I was using were very good, but Hugo was fantastic and really went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations during this unfortunate and stressful time.
