My device was defected the moment they installed and got stranded in gas station called Intoxalock they called towing came nearly 4 1/2 hours later I had to call me triple A and they came in an hour should’ve called them sooner! Made it to the shop 30 min before they close and they repaired the device. Very bad new customer experience definitely considering a competitor after my lease is up. Beware they have international workers from India, Thailand you get the point they don’t understand well English and I can’t understand... read more
Didnt explain how to use the device very well. A lot more to it I found out. Didnt include manual that I was told would be there.
