James did amazing he walked us through all the steps And answered all of our questions he explained it almost everything to the point where I didn’t have many questions made it a super simple transition! 2 days after I got the device installed, the panel in my car underneath the steering wheel has loosened. I am taking it back for them to look at. Hopefully that goes well. Other than that, they were professional. The device is HUGE! It’s 2024. The last device I had was 1/3 that size.
Install worked fine the interlock works fine. The random tests I understand are needed. The bulkyness and the straw that easily falls off makes for distracted driving! Especially when the straw pops off. I know I wil figure out a better way to get this down. I feel like it could be smaller and less a hassle to do while driving.
