DO NOT USE INTOXALOCK. Find a Locally owned place near you. This company is a complete scam and they take advantage of people. Everything from the device, to the service is horrible. Also they charge your card whenever they want, they don’t follow their own payment schedules. I’ve had to deal with this for almost a year and you can’t even take it out because they charge $300 just for that. ITS A SCAM , DO NOT FALL FOR IT

New image is a very good company on their own but by working with Intoxalock it can give them a bad name. All they want to do is provide and good service and help, now Intoxalock on the other hand this company is a scam. They make up violations and lock you out of your device so you end up having to pay a bunch of money per week to keep your car going so you can work.
