New image is a very good company on their own but by working with Intoxalock it can give them a bad name. All they want to do is provide and good service and help, now Intoxalock on the other hand this company is a scam. They make up violations and lock you out of your device so you end up having to pay a bunch of money per week to keep your car going so you can work. I received great help with getting everything set up. However what I was quoted for my monthly payment is over 20 dollars more, also after making my first initial payment I received notice that I owed I believe 7 more dollars. I know I did this to myself, I just don't think it's fair to be told one price and get charged a higher price. The two stars r only for the person who assisted getting me set up.
