Intoxalock is hands down the absolute worst business i have ever had to deal with. I give them a negative 10 star review for everything this company has to offer. I give them a negative 10 star review because they don't actually stand behind or follow through with anything they offer. This place is only about charging you for mishaps on their end as well as making their customers take valuable time away from their work day to make multiple trips to the service center for calibration of the device and recalibration of the dev... read more
If I could give this zero stars, I would. I can never talk to an actual person when I call and the device kills my battery every other day. I live three hours from the shop that installed it and since I can't talk to a person, I can't get the device uninstalled at my local shop. I have had about as much as I can handle. Intoxalock should be investigated and shut down.
My specialist was wonderful, she made call back calls around my work schedule and was absolutely knowledgeable.
Terrible customer service.
