The Worst Hotel Experience I Have Ever Had I relocated to Atlanta to start a new job. I stayed in this hotel one week. During that week I had mice running wild in my room. I had ants and roaches. The management team is rude and uncaring. On my last day I called from work to extend my stay and move to another room thinking that would resolve the problem. The manager tried to charge me a late fee and took my $50.00 deposit. Don't walk, run from this hotel. It is an extended stay with no dishes, not pots, no pans, and poor hous... read more
A little bit scary When we first moved to Atlanta we didn't have any living plans set up. We did, however, book online to stay at the InTown Suites in Sandy Springs. When we arrived they were all booked up and knew we had a reservation, but didn't have anywhere to put us. The interior of the Sandy Springs one seemed a bit nicer. We were sent to the Northside Drive location. The staff was nice, but that was the only thing that was. Towels that were falling apart, bed sheets with holes in them, and scary - looking people just ... read more
NEVER AGAIN The WORSE stay ever! The housekeepers were horrible and only came Once in a whole week! If you don't take it when it comes you don't get it at all. You have 2 wash your own towels, buy your own soap and bring your own dishes! The management staff was HORRIBLE! They don't live up to the contract they make you sign. They make up things that aren't in the paperwork just so they can keep your items. Also their corporate number is just the number to another intown suite.
In Town Suites is a SCAM and not what it looks like online This is such a scam if you look online at the internet and think you are getting an Extended Stay type place. My daughter & our close family friend booked Savannah GA Suites so that they could meet her husband coming home from Iraq and they need a place to stay before he is transferred. WHAT A JOKE!!! No kitchen utensils?? 1 roll of TP ONLY??, dirty, had reservation for a single and when arrived non left, made them pay for double. 2 towels for the entire stay?? and y... read more
