I'm only giving it 5 stars because Floyd, the housekeeping supervisor. He always makes sure my room is clean his customer service is on point. Ms. Bobbie, the GM, is so nice and sweet. Her customer service is awesome.Update: Mr. Floyd just quit because the GM Robert disrespected him. He's only been there for 3wks and stoled money from the company, he doesn't give the housekeepers breaks for lunch. Mr. Floyd held it down for 8mths with no help. My fridge does not work, my AC unit front panel keeps falling off, and I have to pay a late fee because the stupid front desk wouldn't know how to answer a phone if their lives depended on it
I was the maintenance man for a year and a few months , co-workers are good , it’s just the head people that comes down to property that makes you feel low . The Regional Manager doesn’t like black people , she talks crazy to you like you are nobody . My child who was 1 at the time had to have an immediate surgery one day and they tripped cuz I had to be off for some days . They don’t care for there workers, your family or nothing .
