This property is great! Clean, great staff, and it is a very safe neighborhood. Yesterday, across the street, there was a problem with a driver of a car making an offensive comment to a police officer driving by and within five minutes there were at least six police cars there. I can sleep good here, knowing there is a strong police presence in the area. Thank you InTown Suites for having a great property!
I had made a reservation online a week ago and received a reservation confirmation stating that our room will be held until 4 pm on check in day. I arrived at 3:30 (my family was moving and we were going to be "homeless" for 10 days) and the lady behind the desk told me that our room wasn't available because it's all first come, first serve. I asked her what the point was to make a reservation and she had no response. I was so mad! I don't recommend these guys at all, especially the one in Midvale Utah.
Currently staying here with my disabled mother, sister, and my mom's service dog. The ADA states that a service dog can't be discriminated against regardless of breed or certification. We are now being kicked out because I happened to take out the dog to go to the bathroom. Supposedly the dog needs to be with my mom at all times so the guy says that's his loophole to kick us out and on top of that because she looks like an aggressive dog. This place is a joke. It's full of drugs and poorly maintained facilities.
