This place is amazing and so relaxing. Second times a charm! The owner was so welcoming and accommodating. I would 10/10 recommend this place and the especially the breathing room.
My mother and I had a wonderful experience doing the 30-minute sound meditation. Carrie was so kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything that we needed. She went over everything about the experience in detail before we began. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. I think I could’ve gone for a full hour in the meditation room! It was kind of hard to get up once it was over! 😅 I was just so calm. I look forward to another visit sometime in the future. Thank you for the great experience, Carrie!
