I’ve had a mixed experiences with Intown Pediatrics. On one hand, Dr. Shepard is truly excellent. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is the main reason I’m staying with the practice. However, the administrative side has been frustrating. Living in Atlanta, traffic can be unpredictable, and I was recently 12-15 minutes late due to a major accident. Appointment wait times have consistently short. Maria Tolcher is exceptional. She is thorough, personable and a great listener. It wasn’t easy to navigate Clairmont Pediatrics closing, but Maria’s care has made the transition quite smooth.
