Dr. Chigridy has been amazing. She has cared for my twins for the past two years, and until recently, we never had a single issue. I experienced the worst service during my son’s 1-year checkup, and it was heartbreaking. I’ve never been late since we started coming here. Yesterday we had a 11:30 appointment. I can hold myself accountable for being late due to terrible traffic, so we walked in at 11:42. I called eight times to provide an update, but there was no answer. Intown Pediatrics is an incredible pediatric office that truly cares about their patients and family members. Dr. Bataille and Dr. Sells are deeply invested in the Reach Out and Read program at all the Intown Pediatric offices ensuring children get a free book for well visit checkups. Pediatric NP Julia Dresser is new, kind, and super smart - she takes time to engage and listen to what is happening and truly wants to help. Love this practice and highly recommend them.

Love my doctor but I’m looking to change. Expect to spend 20 minutes on hold to reschedule an appointment, and then to be put on hold another 15 min once they pick up. Not exaggerating. They don’t have availability if your child is sick, even if you call morning of, so you have to go to CHOA.
