After over five years of loyalty to this pediatrician’s office, I can no longer recommend it to other parents. While we’ve always received excellent care from Bethany Smith, the front office staff continues to fall short in customer service. I scheduled wellness visits for all three of my children, but later noticed only two were listed. I called and the third was added something I appreciated. I have been bringing my children to this pediatrician’s office for over five years, and we’ve always appreciated the exceptional care provided by Bethany Smith. Unfortunately, the front office staff does not uphold the same standard of professionalism as the medical team. From the schedulers and reception staff, to the nurses and medical assistants, to the doctors, everyone here goes out of their way for children and families in their care. We’ve been using them for 4 years, 3 kids and Anne never been happier with our care. The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. My kids LOVE going to the doctor because of them.
I would like to say thank you so much to Mrs. Casey who helped me with prior authorization. She went above and beyond to help me get the authorization I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed. Not only did she help me get the information, she checked on me after to make sure I got the paperwork. She made a stressful situation so easy and has made me feel great about my decision to work with in town pediatrics.
How you gone call and tell me to reschedule when I'm 2 minutes late but this woman come in 10 minutes late and still gets to keep her appointment...yall be bullshittin on god
