My realtor was good at sending contacts and little else. He told me the sellers realtor was male, when all in all actuality Shannon was a female. On two occasions I asked for a separate addendum as to how the house was to be left clean in the garage was to be cleaned of dog feces and urine. He assured me that it wasn't necessary that he had my back. I spent the night in a hotel to be at closing the next day.
