WOW!!! These guys are incredible! I called on a Tuesday morning and ***** showed up at our home less than 2 hours later to give us a free quote. We had received 2 other quotes previously and went with the cheaper quote. Well the guys that we had originally contracted with (I will not name the offenders!) failed to show up and would not answer the phone the day before. DO NOT HIRE!!! They will create mistakes and try to upsell you on new paint projects. *************************** promises discounts but does not honor them. Inconsistent timing and no communication on when painters will arrive or won't. They do not respect your property, plants, or your time. *****, the owner, who sold me on the project was nonexistent afterwards except to collect a check. RecommendedI used Intown Painting for my guest bathroom and bedroom painting project. I was very pleased with the work. They went the extra mile to remove vanity light and mirror. Rooms very clean after work done. I will definitely hire Intown Painting again for my next painting project.
I just have to sing the praises of Keith😊 and his crew with Intown Painting. They were always on time, super professional, very open to revising the original proposal, when necessary, and gave great attention to detail. Keith was great about returning my texts and emails. He even came to my home twice to meet with my husband to review in detail the job ahead. My husband and I both feel like we're living in a new home!
