Think twice. They hire people who have absolutely no clue what they are doing. No real contracting companies, just random people in their beater cars. Phase 2 is a mess. Cinderblock walls they built are falling over already. Concrete work is sloppy. They leave the homes open with drywall during thunderstorms. They were originally going to do the nice brick work like phase 1 but chose to paint over it to save money. Looks hideous and boring. These are not quality homes at all and a lot of corners are cut.
