RecommendedIntex DIY is a FIRST CLASS company!!! I bought my third box of their shop towels a few weeks ago and they didn’t tear off like usual, so I went to their website to let them know and to see if it was possible that my problem was user-related and not perforated... I received a response from Shannon in customer service lickety-split...then two days later I received a huge box from them with over $40 worth of their towels!!!
