Interwest has been absolutely wonderful. Andrea, the leasing specialist, was incredibly supportive, responsive, funny, kind and reassuring throughout the entire process. I am a Housing manager/case manager and Andrea at Inter-west property management has been amazing since the minute i sent an email. She has been patient and kind and was extremly helpful and easy to work with!
Having an Inter-West Property as a neighbor is truly a nightmare. If you have a problem with issues on their property, they refuse to deal with it unless you conduct literally illegal surveillance of their tenants. They are truly incompetent and a terrible member of the Portland community.
I have been having my own place since I was 17 I am now 33 with 6 kids as they knew. I got a termination letter from them because my twins with are 5 wrote on the window ceil with pen witch I got a 24 notice for after that they told me no more damages I said ok so I cleaned more remind you my house looks like it’s just ME here every clean nothing wrong BUT I HAVE 6 kids so….
