If you need to “talk” to ANYONE about ANYTHING, it takes 30 min minimum to get through. If you need to change insurance you get to wait for 30 min on hold then they say they “Have to call you back”. 🙄😩 If you need to ask about your upcoming appointment you have to wait 30min on hold. This is of course the Little Rock office, because the Bentonville office does NOT accept any calls. RecommendedStaff has always been nice to me. Ramsey and Cooper are great. Been going over a year now and they are determined to find something that will help my pain. Glad I found them.
RecommendedDr.Rafi is AWESOME! He takes his time to listen to you and then will explain what is going on so you can understand. I have been a patient of his going on 3 years now. I won't go to anyone else. He is the Best!
because they up other people dosage with the same problems as me but lower my dosage. something wrong there may be the dr. I last seen. I guess they don't care if I hurt or not
