Absoloutly one of the best Doctors I have ever encounted,his patient realations are spectactuler ! He was Fully aware of my related health care history . He took time to listen to my concerns and couraged my questions, he throughly educated me on every aspect of the propsed complete with pictures and informative doucumentation . His personal persona is ensuring comforting to patients .
First and foremost, I believe it's really important to be greeted cordially when calling a doctor's office. To some degree that patient might be feeling to various degrees some fear and/or discomfort. In my case, it was calling Dr. Witherall's office to schedule an appointment for a consult. I couldn't ask for a better experience with that initial contact when it came to encountering a young lady named Kimberly. She has been a true blessing in the communication she's provided. It seems to be just me which isn't fair in regards that doctors dont seem to care. My mom goes here and gets back to back injections whatever to manage her pain me i get no responses from this office. His NP based on my insurance telling me that she faxed over a sticky note saying i needed a MRI for back pain which resulted in the MRI being denied. Which has resulted in everything including med refills to require prior authorization. I have been trying to get this done for 2 years now. They will not look at or do anything wi... read more
