First and foremost, I believe it's really important to be greeted cordially when calling a doctor's office. To some degree that patient might be feeling to various degrees some fear and/or discomfort. In my case, it was calling Dr. Witherall's office to schedule an appointment for a consult. It seems to be just me which isn't fair in regards that doctors dont seem to care. My mom goes here and gets back to back injections whatever to manage her pain me i get no responses from this office. His NP based on my insurance telling me that she faxed over a sticky note saying i needed a MRI for back pain which resulted in the MRI being denied. Which has resulted in everything including med refills to require prior authorization. I have been trying to get this done for 2 years now. They will not look at or do anything wi... read more
