Absolutely ridiculous. I came last Tuesday and was told my shot was denied. I called my doctors and insurance… became an expert in coding: they put the injection twice instead of once. I go back today, they tell me I’m denied again (after I talked to someone in the office earlier). I wait ONE HOUR, and that was enough… I left… never coming back!!!!!!
Stay away if you’re in real pain and need help! This was the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor and staff. I waited weeks for a follow-up appointment, scrambling through different office locations. I was told to wait even more weeks in pain for insurance approval. I called to make sure everything was approved and was told that all was good. I have been a patient of Dr Cohen and the group since 2018. He is professional, kind and thorough. He “LISTENS” to my complaints and concerns and addresses them. He provides me the information and the process regarding treatment. As for his staff, they acknowledge me and all his patients at every visit and they are NOT on their phones like most offices. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen for his expertise and his knowledge.

This office is very busy but they are very attentive to your needs. Dr Cohen is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I am happy with their services
