He’s a all some dr and good staff he’s the best he help me alot
My mom went to him for the first time a month ago, and was treated awfully. He asked if she made her co-pay immediately as if she was a charity case. Then he complained about her not being able to hear him, and she wears two hearing aides. Complained he didn’t want to speak up because he was preserving his voice for his other patients. After researching his behavior we were told he has a history of treating minorities with disrespect. Did I mention Dr. Kao is a minority. My mother has since changed doctors.
Do not waste your time Only interested expensive procedures
Just had my first appt with Dr Kao. He listens & extensively explains the details of patients' condition & reasons for proposing specific treatments including why & how it will relieve pain. I'm very hopeful after this initial visit. The staff here is wonderful & Alicia is an absolute gem.
