From day 1 I told Dr.Cha I wanted relief from the pain, not this pill or that pill. So, I get different procedures done, which made me feel worse from the side effects. I go to my scheduled appointments & physical therapy. My insurance & I pay your fees. Yet, still no relief. I deal with your robot Dr. bedside manner, I turn down trying new pills. Yet, still no relief. But I will not deal with the way your staff treats me when I am not an addict because if I was...I would be getting some sort of relief!
