I can't say enough great things about the Oregon Vascular Clinic. The vascular surgeons (Dr Cook, Dr Ullery, Dussell and Dr Santo)are truly amazing--highly knowledgeable, confident, and caring. From the first appointment through follow-up care, I felt listened to and supported every step of the way. The entire staff is welcoming, organized, and professional, and they make a stressful situation feel manageable. I would recommend anywhere but here. I got 6 months of don't call us we will call you. After waiting a month for a call back I was told they did not have a chance to submit to my insurance. They dropped the ball at every opportunity and now I have to start over with another provider. They were the worst medical facility I have ever dealt with. Feeling like I dodged a bullet by being forced to get my procedure elsewhere. Got an appointment immediately with another provider, no waiting, no salty attitude.
They are awesome the staff is caring and very top notch.
Have had, unfortunately, multiple experiences with the Wilsonville clinic. They are the best! I have always left feeling like they've listened and all my questions are answered. Nicole, the PA, is fantastic and always puts me at ease.
The office staff, except for an employee named Sarah, have this weird culture where they carry themselves as arrogant and rude. When I first went in there for an ultrasound I got this weird impression the front office people were in this imaginary superiority bubble. I was scehuled to have surgery with Dr. Cook on Wednesday July 30th, 2025. I called with a question on Monday, 2 days before my scheduled surgery. This was at 1:00 pm.
