I rarely leave negative reviews; however, my experience with Oregon Vascular Specialist in Wilsonville was unacceptable. On the day of my procedure it was obvious I’m concerns’ were not heard. Instead of dealing with any leaking veins that contributed to leg swelling and possible ulcers I was informed that I would not be receiving any transcatheter ablation therapy below the knee; where upon my concerns were. Very nice staff. Made the experience less stressful.
I had a very disappointing experience at Oregon Vascular Specialists in Wilsonville, and unfortunately the biggest issue was the front office staff. One staff member, Ashanty (or however her name is spelled), was extremely rude and condescending when I was trying to understand the information she was explaining. Instead of taking a moment to clarify things, she spoke to me in a dismissive and disrespectful manner that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The staff here is friendly, helpful and professional. Our Dr. Santos was amazing, clear on details of procedure, and gave us his undivided attention when we had questions. He's fun and very personable! I'm so thankful for what they did for my husband and his improvement has been rapid. This is where you need to be if you have any vascular issues whatsoever.
