First let me say I had a vascular ultrasound which was great, tech was personable and professional. Scans came out great. Consult with the Dr was also great. The problem lies with the office personnel. I needed my scan and report sent to 2 other clinics because Oregon Vascular couldn’t do the surgery I needed. Dr. Ullery is a knowledgeable and skilled physician. Requests the right imaging tests and throrougly explains the results/findings.
Poor communication, rude, would not answer patient questions, and would not respond to my doctor. Massively impacted my quality of life and significantly delayed treatment.
