Have had, unfortunately, multiple experiences with the Wilsonville clinic. They are the best! I have always left feeling like they've listened and all my questions are answered. Nicole, the PA, is fantastic and always puts me at ease.
The office staff, except for an employee named Sarah, have this weird culture where they carry themselves as arrogant and rude. When I first went in there for an ultrasound I got this weird impression the front office people were in this imaginary superiority bubble. I was scehuled to have surgery with Dr. Cook on Wednesday July 30th, 2025. I called with a question on Monday, 2 days before my scheduled surgery. This was at 1:00 pm. First let me say I had a vascular ultrasound which was great, tech was personable and professional. Scans came out great. Consult with the Dr was also great. The problem lies with the office personnel. I needed my scan and report sent to 2 other clinics because Oregon Vascular couldn’t do the surgery I needed.
