The office staff, except for an employee named Sarah, have this weird culture where they carry themselves as arrogant and rude. When I first went in there for an ultrasound I got this weird impression the front office people were in this imaginary superiority bubble. First let me say I had a vascular ultrasound which was great, tech was personable and professional. Scans came out great. Consult with the Dr was also great. The problem lies with the office personnel. I needed my scan and report sent to 2 other clinics because Oregon Vascular couldn’t do the surgery I needed. It took multiple calls from me, my husband and both clinics requesting the scan and report over 3 weeks before the clinic called me and the person named Ashanti told me it would be faster and easier for me to just come... read more
