This place is full of crap! They NEVER fix anything, they are constantly having issues with hot water and if you leave and have done something they don’t like they will bring you to court for outrageous amounts of money. STAY AWAY FROM INTERTOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have already made the mistake of given Intertown realty your money, please know that they will NOT just willingly give you back your double security. They WILL make bogus claims about their CHEAP materials in the apartments after ignoring to update ANYTHING in your apartment for years! There is hope though, I RECENTLY SUED THEM, and even when i won, they did not willingly send me a check. I had to hire a state marshal to retrieve the money. After A YEAR of litigations, fees, and these crooks doing EVERYTHING they can to steal my money, I was awarded $3000 from the courts (intertown only owed me 1400, haha idiots, plus they had to pay all the execution and state marshals fee... they don't give up). This was an exhausting experience and they are DISGUSTING excuses for human beings! Instead of sending my double security they sent me a bill for 900 dollars for "additional damages" that they made up. They included the inside of the oven not being clean enough and a left behind curtain rod. then they took pics of their used rug (they didn't give me a new one) that was worth about 50 bucks. My apartment was a piece of crap, and wasn't even worth the 2500 bucks they claimed in damages. THEN TO NOT SEND ME A CHECK WHEN I WIN THE LAWSUIT? There is nothing more satisfying then the 3 grande check I just got in the mail.

I'm making it my life's mission to tell everyone what scumbags these people are. I've never met more ignorant, uneducated people in my entire life. They ripped me off, took over 25% of my security deposit for fictitious fees, and towed my car from my the space that I paid for, and they even made me pay to get it back. These people are complete crooks who do nothing but steal from their tenants. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

Stay as far away from this company and Justin Miller as possible. They're all trained to lie to get you to sign a contract. They keep more of your rent as a fee and then come up with lies to keep your money. They have their thug lawyer send threatening letters to make you feel powerless. If you think you're getting your deposit back -- think again. Run away from Intertown Realty. If someone named Justin calls you, hang up. This kid gives salespeople a bad name.

Crooks
Having rented apartments in various cities as NYC, Hoboken, Bridgeport, and now Hartford, INTERTOWN REALTY IS BY FAR THE SLIMIEST RENTAL COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH and that should be very telling. The treatment that I received once I left Intertown was unjust. I was literally bullied by the employees of this firm and later slandered. Disgusts me how they could so calmly screw innocent people out of their money, like a bunch of sociopaths.

would give this company 100 stars if I can, this is the best realty company in Connecticut and the reason that I’m saying that I’ve been renting from inter town for over then 15 years in more than 3 buildings in west Hartford, and I recommended to all my family and friends. 2 of my sons & my mother in law been renting from inter town realty for years and they never ever had any kind of problem or issues. I just want to say thanks to this company for providing and excellent customer care & service for years. so thank you thank you thank you

i just recently moved to different state and i was renting from inter town for 3 years, and i would like to share my experience with everyone, its a great company and they do have an excellent customer service i never had any problems with them and when i moved out i got all my security deposit back. And if u want an excellent place & excellent customer services go to Intertown realty.

i had my fridge broken last week and i called the company and they send a brand new fridge within minutes with installation. thank you Intertow realty for the great service.

i love Intertown realty they are the best realty company in Connecticut. i have been with intertown for 5 years and never had any problems.
