Overall negative experience with this company. Rental rates are relatively cheap, but communication is just horrible. Management is incredibly hard to reach, especially for anything involving work orders or money. They take a double security deposit at the beginning which is painful. Make sure to document everything very carefully when you move in and clean super well when you leave. I had to fight to get my entire security deposit back like many other reviewers.
I hardly ever write reviews... I think I've probably written less than 5 my whole life. But I feel like I have a civic duty to write this one. AVOID this company at (almost) all costs. I ended up renting from them because of the relatively cheap rental rates. Having just finished up grad school, cost was the main concern. This place is full of crap! They NEVER fix anything, they are constantly having issues with hot water and if you leave and have done something they don’t like they will bring you to court for outrageous amounts of money. STAY AWAY FROM INTERTOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
