Horrible customer service! Extremely rude! Crooks! All traits of this company!
Complete Jerks, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Were rude and made a huge mistake and damaged my property, then made no apologies and tried to ignore my phone calls. Their Owner Kevin could have cared less; he pulled the 'I have plenty of happy customers, so losing a few doesn't matter'go pound sand routine' and never offered an apology or to reimburse for damages. It amazes me that cavemen like this can still do business!
BEWARE!!! If you want all your valuables stolen from your vehicle and want to pay an exorbitant amount for service, call these guys. If your experience is the same as my friend s, your next call will be to the police to file a report of theft, to the Better Business Bureau, and to all your friends to warn them not to use this company. Lesson learned!
HORRIBLE SERVICE! The dispatcher Jordan is very rude and the owner is just as rude and is more than willing to rip you off!! Way over charged us and were laughing about it. I highly recommend you never use their service unless you like dealing with jerks and paying 3 times more than it would cost from another place!!!
