Now my complaint isn't about the job They did. The job looks pretty good. My complaint is about the representative. My neighbor was having her roof done. And the representative came over and talked to me. He convinced me the insurance company. wood cover my roof on wind damage. And all I would have to pay is my insurance deductible. It would be a yes or no. And most likely, yes, with just insurance deductible. My husband and I worked with Stetson and he was amazing! He handled every step of the insurance process and fought hard to get us a full roof replacement. We ended up only having to pay our deductible which was a huge relief. His team arrived an hour early, worked tirelessly throughout the day and cleaned up every single piece of roof debris. Fario Ceho from Interstate Roofing made the full roofing replacement painless and stress free. He was readily available through text and call to answer questions I had throughout the process. He was very thorough with his inspection and worked hard to ensure I received the max benefit with the replacement. 5-Stars hands down for Fario and will recommend him to anyone.
