Do not trust this company. I have ring footage of a salesperson coming to my door and removing a competitor’s flyer in order to make their own the only one we would see. Caleb Herring removed a door hanger from a competitor, folded it up and put it in his pocket and put his own business card on our door. Do not trust a company that condones this behavior of its salespeople. Let the consumer decide what company it wants to consider doing business with. Why four stars? Originally it was 1 star. Had a rough year trying to get original/warranty work completed. Had to climb a few ladders to get it fixed. Mr Doubleday, Shaun are rockstars. Interstate roofing completely replaced my roof in one day. They showed up at 7AM, they were polite, courteous and explained what they were going to do. They went to work quickly and professionally. And most impressive, they cleaned up after themselves as they worked. I had to take off in the afternoon and when I got back the roof was finished, looked great and everything was clean. The roofing process felt stressful and unorganized. The project was delayed without clear explanations, and I had to follow up multiple times. When the crew started working, they seemed rushed and didn’t focus on details. After completion, I noticed uneven sections and poor finishing. Cleanup was incomplete, leaving debris around my property. Within a short time, I started noticing issues that raised concerns about the installation quality
