Terrific customer service from start to finish. My project manager, Colin Striker, was amazing! He helped me to feel comfortable with the whole process and took the time to explain every little detail and step. In addition to the wonderful customer service they also use top quality products and are environmentally conscious. Fantastic company, I definitely recommend them to other people who need the roofs done!
This is a complaint made to the BBB regarding Interstate Roofing's treatment of subcontractors, and the risk of working with a company that uses such trade practices: “Not paying the salesman is risking a lien on my house.” “I was in a hurry because I had just switched homeowners insurance and the insurance company wanted to cancel the new policy because of the old roof.
