I have worked with the team at Interstate and can highly recommend their services! They make everything easy at very difficult times by working with the insurance company and making sure all of the work gets done right!
This is a great company, but their sub-contractors leave a lot to be desired. Tony Mercado from a.m. painting is one of them, he doesn't pay his workers because he's too busy smoking crack in his truck, while the real work is going on, then when he get the check for payment, there's no money left to pay his workers. Is this who you want in your home?
Thought the customer service was very professional after my mom’s house was devastated in the Livonia flooding. They did my mom’s neighbor’s house so I went with them. I had no idea about the insurance aspect, but Statewide handled it all for me with ease. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they got the house back together in time for the upcoming holiday!
