I rented a forklift with delivery recently, the price was very good (compared to other local offerings), the staff I dealt with on the phone was courteous, efficient and helpful, and the delivery/pick-up driver was awesome, gave me a quick tutorial on forklift operations and was generally pleasant to interact with. The equipment was also flawless, though I did get lucky with a nearly-new forklift with only 11 hours of run time on it, which can't really speak to maintenance quality but still.
