Not a good experience at this dealer location. Our reefer unit threw codes. When arriving to this location, They only gave us one option — to rent their reefer unit. Our reefer was having issues, and instead of trying to fix it, they suggested removing our engine and replacing it with theirs. I simply asked them to top off the coolant (which it needed) and release the trailer, but they insisted — almost aggressively — that we swap reefers. VERY OFFPUTTING SITUATION. Madison on the roadside crew had my reefers fuel filter on in no time and I appreciated her good attitude and the work she did!
Had tension pulley and belt in stock. Could have got it installed same afternoon if I didn’t have a 2 hr. DH to Ames. Wish I based closer or they expanded south
My experience here was up and down like a roller coaster. I wanted them to C&A a fuel system issue my truck had. I expected a day or 2 on this ordeal. Nope. Took all week. They found an electrical problem with my low pressure fuel pump. Great. They fixed that. I also said replace the leveling valve and give me an estimate to fix my fuel bowl sensor.
