Used to use them for years and they were great before the sea of corporate changes. They screwed me on a time sensitive order last year after they super pinky swore they could get the acrylic in time but I ended up having to get a refund and losing money on the job by going to another place that had materials on hand. I also had to call another number to get the original refund since they had already processed it? Today I was told that there is a new small order fee of $75 for orders under $250. I was in search of some marine board and called ahead of time to see if they had what I was looking for. The staff there is great. I showed up and they allowed me to look at the material they had in stock. The prices are very competitive, and the customer service is fantastic. I will be going there again if I need more plastics.
