We called this Mobile truck Repair out to adjust our trailer brake at the Fallbrook Truck inspection. He told us 80.00 per hour and we agreed. 10 minutes later Our driver was able to make the adjustment and CHP had him run back thru. We called his number more then a few times 20 minutes after the first call and he didn't answer. He showed up and Blocked our truck demanding payment.
