The work was done in a timely manner but, there was much more yard damage than I was led to believe there would be. Also, the seed that was thrown down to replace the damaged lawn never grew. My biggest gripe is that during the install they put a staple through my phone line disabling my home alarm and phone. I discussed this with the salesmen I had worked with for the install and he never got back to me after I told him that I had to bring Cox out to investigate, which cost me $60 dollars.
Interstate came right out and fixed the problem Excellent job and thanks.

The estimate was performed when they promised. The service was performed on the day and time promised. The estimate was fair and they actually came in below the estimate! These guys are tops, easy to work with and they know what they're doing. I would not only hire them again, I would recommend them to anyone. They repaired broken sprinklers, moved several and replaced a broken diaphragm. They reset my timers and programmed the flow duration. This was a perfect job.

Installation of a long-lasting efficient system is always our top priority. Installation with minimum disruption to yards and landscape is integral to the entire installation process.
5 sprinkler heads moved inside the fence perimeter. Fast and efficient. Would use them again.

Be sure to confirm scheduling. I was given a 30 minute window, when I called after an hour the firm told me the window was 4 hrs. I would not have agreed to a 4 hr window. Regardless, the team showed up shortly after the call and did a very good job. I am pleased and would definitely use the company again.

We try to accommodate each customer's schedule and offer 1st AM appointments and can often find a fairly narrow window to schedule service. However, we generally do start with a 4-hour window to allow for travel time and jobs taking longer than anticipated. We do track our crews' locations and are able to let customers know approximate arrival times as well as unexpected delays. We find this to be generally industry standard. We appreciate this customer's review and their generous compliment.

We had no idea this customer was unhappy until the review was published - unfortunately, we were unable to have had a chance to address this customer's concerns. The owner of the company contacted the customer and resolved what ended up being a scheduling issue.
The sprinkler was leaking at the house we just moved into, and they were able to come out within 2 days of me calling for help. They came out to evaluate the problem and turn the water off for me as well as provide a free estimate. They were able to come back in a week and a half to full repair the problem and test the entire system, and it worked perfectly. The tech even showed me how to operate and troubleshoot the system as I was not familiar with it at all. I would highly recommend them.
Bought annual service. I leave comments after the year of contracted service.
