They take your 200.00 promise to have a service tech there within 90 minutes and no one shows. They just call you and give phoney updates. I will dispute this charge with my bank. Stay away from this so called business.

DONT CALL THEM! We called them for plumbing issues with our RV. They wanted 210$ for a dispatch fee. Said they'd be out. Hour later they called and said they didn't have anyone to help us but the still took our money. They're a freaking scam dont call them!!!! We were desperate and NO you didn't refund our money..according to our bank. My review stands. Don't tell people you can send someone to help , take the money then not send someone.

I am extremely disappointed with the service - or the lack of service from Interstate Fleet Services. They charged my account $210.00 for roadside assistance that was never provided, and despite multiple calls and voicemails, no one ever called us back. We were told a technician would contact us within 30 minutes to 1 hour. Instead, we were left stranded from 5:45 am to 8:30 am. with no updates, no communication and no support.
