Bait and switch operation. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was traveling across country in my fifth wheel and had an issue with one of my tires. Not knowing the area I used google and this company popped up and the website clearly stated they did on site repair in my area (Grants, NM). I called and unbeknownst to me I was forwarded to a different company (Road Rescue). After getting my tire fixed, not onsite but having the tire taken somewhere I called to complain. DO NOT CALL THEM. I should've read all these comments before giving these people a call. Called them for a simple jump start. They have terrible communication skills. They said it'd be $160 for dispatching the truck & $160/hour with a 2 hour minimum. Overpriced but whatever, I needed the help so I agreed. Was told it'd be a 2 hour wait. The guy gets there & we start with jumper cables. I'm in my box truck waiting for him to give me a signal to try to turn the truck on. We do this for about an hour.
