Easy to purchase decent vehicle, Must do some homework ahead of time. Test drove many vechiles before hand very good experience, processing was fast. Overall good experience

Purchased a 2000 VW Jetta last week and it was as advertised. Lady who took care of my payment was very helpful with information and instructions. Mechanic I talked to was very frank and helpful with his advice. Drove the car 1,019 miles home without a glitch. Do your homework, ask questions before purchase and you can't go wrong with these folks.

I thought this Auction was pretty good. They are open to the public and it was free to go. I think the location next to the Salem Flea market is not the best. The cars are not perfect but I did drive some and they were decent. I will reccomend to friends who want a car for $1000-$3000. Not too shabby. I am driving a car I bought and had to put $200 into it. Since then needs nothing.

I found the personnel very courteous, helpful and friendly. The transparency of the process and no information being hidden is important for the satisfied customer. The people I interacted with were forthcoming in this respect.

It’s my first time to buy a vehicle from Interstate Auto Auction last week. Bidding process was over quick. I’ve known about them for a long time. I don’t remember how I learned about them but I knew about them and the one in Manchester too. I’m from around there so it’s just a local business there. I chose them because I could pay cash and it was cheap. Overall, it was a good customer service experience.

I enjoyed the time being here where i had ample time to check out the cars, drive them for a test. The whole family enjoyed the experience and would like to come back in the near future. At other auction you feel lost; here you feel connected/ The staff member are willing to help and give you advice and guidance. I had a great time and so did the whole family

I first heard about Interstate Auto Auction through my brother and the experience was good. It was awesome. I’ve seen my brother do it. He bought a car before me a week before me. I just purchased my vehicle with them yesterday and it was my first experience with them. I was not able to test drive the car in person before the auction because I got there a little bit too late.
