Just my experience, but I am writing this review because they went above and beyond. My Jeep was totaled when a person drove through a Red light and nailed me. First Impression: excellent on the phone! They answered all my question extremely well. I got a nice Limited Jeep Grand Cherokee with good miles .
The employee here at the front office was kind and professional plus we had a great time bidding. Very professional.

This is my first car and I've paid for it with my own money. Glad I did. I test drove a bunch of cars and found mine and it was well worth it. The auction was fun and my car runs even better after a tune up. The staff is friendly and helpful.
When you go it is a big parking lot at a flea market with a quite a few cars. They let you test drive which I cannot find anywhere else for Auction thats why I tried it. After buying three vehicles over the past few months I can tell you that the prices are the best I can find, but you have to put money into most of the cars. I can also say that one of the cars had a bad motor and they refunded my money and were surprisingly nice. I must admit I have had good experiences in life and bad ones, both of which I have posted. But this Auction was more than I expected. Highly Recommend to friends family and people like me.
This was my first online auction and because I was unable to attend in person. I was worried, but the auction process was easy and the item was exactly what I wanted couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle this way.
This was our 1st visit it was memorable day. we did not know how to start and the gentleman James Tom and Boo Boo provided us the most help each on their own experties. thank you for having great staff on board.
Maria was wonderful and informative. A really great person, because of her I will be back to buy another car and take her on a date.
