it's a nice relax place where you help others out by donating and also earn extra cash doing it I like going there but sometimes it sucks when u want to donate but either your blood pressure is low or iron see that happens to me sometimes with the iron they should have u build it there if its low that way u can donate at least not end up coming back the next day or whatever
Staff is always kind and courteous. They are attentive to your needs and treated everyone with respect and dignity.

Treated like I was a drug addict because I had a scratch from my puppy on my forearm I was told never to come back again labeled a risk on my chart
Horrible, ignorant and rude!!!! I left work an hour early to donate,I signed the book(as they watched me) and sat down,then waited and waited and waited for over an hour and then I went to the desk and asked what the hell was going on and the girl(who was part of management was actually nice and apologized to me) told me I was supposed to have been processed which I was not!! Since my first day there i was made to feel comfortable and safe. Are they perfect? no, but who is? It's a friendly and safe environment where i can help make a difference with a moderate amount of compensation. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make all business I've conducted with them professional. I absolutely recommend it to others after my own personal experiences there.
