I just drove 60 miles to donate and when I got here they were closed they have changed their hours completely from what is on their website. This needs to be changed immediately I’m sure I’m not the only one two other people pulled up in the parking lot while I was there I’m sure they were just as frustrated as I was…. $20 in gas wasted
I have had yet another negative experience with this group. Prior to this management groups takeover of the operations at this facility I had no negative experiences. If there were an alternative, other than Red Cross, I would go there. I even contacted the company that services Greenville, SC. but there is, of course, a territory/residence barrier. It's specifically a female with blonde hair and lightskinned who always talks so much even other co-workers complain of her always talking and takes so long to do the work on purpose as she has said many times before.
