The service was great and they handled and treated me well and giving blood here was a quick and easy procedure
They stuck me twice. The second time they stuck me they hit my tendon. They couldn't seem to follow the vains. I use to donate there all the time. I will never go back. That was the worst experience ever. And sent me home with 20 dollar.
You’re supposed to come back on a certain day. I came on my day to the blood bank on terry rd on the 8th at 2:00 pm. They came and told me they weren’t taking anymore people although I didn’t see anyone. I’ve came back everyday since and they have us staying outside in the heat, because they don’t have enough workers. Instead of allowing us to sit in the cool air they will call us one by one at a time. If you don’t have enough workers for a blood bank. Someone’s not doing their job. Fire the manager, because this is on them.... read more
