The staff is seriously super unprofessional, they need to do a walk through at CSL plasma at the south milwaukee location. The staff is professional, not loud mouthing people and judging people who look like they have money to come in there and donate. At the end of the day we’re trying to save lives! The girls are very catty there. However one of the supervisors is great and very professional (she knows who she is if she reads this).
Lots of F bombs, lounging on the donation chair next to us to visit with donating friends.... just another day at work (Henry St Madison) for the corpulent, female African American employee. Otherwise, the employees at that location are fantastic.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. Out of the 2 donating places I've been to this one is by far the best and fastest. I've never been there longer than 90 minutes and I'm talking start to finish.
Donating Plasma is invaluable to making life saving medications. The staff is professional, friendly and courteous. The facility is always clean.
Should double check people who may lie about new tattoos or piercings bc I found out someone who donates and her tattoo isn’t a year old yet
They are a lot better then Cls in Racine they wash there bed down after every one use it love the staff there
