I have been there 3 times in the last 7 days and have had 3 different issues. The 1st time the phlebotomist used the wrong test tubes for my blood test. The 2nd time they didn't tell me I had to bring my proof of residency back in amd today the needle stick was messed up and caused my swelling in my arm. This was a 3 strikes and your out kind of ordeal. My arm is now hurting like crazy
