Very nice people but be aware that if you have (or have had) more than 25 tattoos and piercings you can’t donate plasma. I wish I would have known that before wasting my time and gas.
I use to be a regular donor for over 3 years, I've seen 2 roaches on there floors before, week old blood, I've felt like a annoyance or dumb from some of the lady's in there. They denied me, due to drinking to often even though I've always waiting the 24 hours. I have photos of the roach/blood. NOT SAYING everyone is bad there but the facility needs to have a very detail inspection.
I use to donate regularly until a health issue no longer allowed in their FDA regulation let me. I always had a friendly experience from all their employees and miss seeing them all.
Every time I have visited, the on floor staff has been extremely pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Sorry you had a bad experience. Unfortunately, their are guidelines that have to be followed and cannot be changed on an individual basis. This is for the safety of our staff, other donors and our product.
Honestly had a great experience here. I was nervous for my first time and everyone was amazing and patient with me. I interacted with a handful of women and all were amazing. The stick was easy and almost painless.
I’ve been going for just over a year. Everyone is really great. Easy money and you are helping save lives. Win/Win!
