Called for battery and a possible complex install information on my Son's car. 2 competitors said no or high charge for install (My sons car, Lincoln MKZ, calls for professional install as battery is partially hidden under cowling and tricky to get to.) Gentleman on phone at Interstate said they have never had issue with this car type..cmon on by! My son took car in and 20 minutes later, he was headed home with new battery and free install.! Not helpful. Rude. Ripped me off and wouldn't honor the 1 year replacement warranty. I left and went and bought a battery at academy.
