Only complaint is that the crew was two and a half hours late from the originally scheduled time because of a delay from an earlier appointment. They kept me informed of their progress, and once they got there, it was great, but it blew my whole work day.

The previous appointment wasn't complety clear on the condition of the home when booking appointment and instead of the team doing a half job they was completely honest and did the job correctly instead of cutting corners. They did a good job. I felt though that they were trying to up-sale me on things that I did not need. They did expect a tip - I never previously paid carpet cleaners a tip!
